Part of our school building celebrates its 60th birthday this year.  To kick off our reading theme, we had a 50s themed sock hop.

My library grew and grew and grew!  Thanks to my future mother-in-law, who recently retired and gifted me with lots of books!  My class was so excited!

We're back!

It's been a full month of school and I am just now blogging!  Oh no!  

Be ready for a lot of posts!  My goal is two weekly and hopefully more than that.  

I can't wait for you to get to see this amazing colony of busy bees!  They make me smile each and every day.

Since we only have ten days left, we are opening an envelope each day with an activity that children brainstormed.
