Growth Mindset

We are all about learning and growing.  We are all about being proud of what we accomplish.  And we are all about telling others!

So proud of this young lady who struggled to come up with writing ideas and then she had to tell me about her time in writing workshop.  I staged her conversation later with me because it's hard to capture conversations when they happen out of the blue.

Helping out others...

 We took our computer tests last week to help identify our strengths and weaknesses as writers, mathematicians, and readers.  To help out the other class, we invited them into the room while we waited for everyone to finish.  

Thankfully, we had a helper show up who was able to learn how to play Bang!
